From Chaos To Computer
1990. Glazed ceramic tile, battery- powered solid state electronics, epoxy grout, 1940's vacuum tubes. This work "senses" the presence of a human onlooker in proximity to it and then proceeds to intermittently activate the solid state lighting array behind the vacuum tubes.
