A view of the Bull Run Watershed, the watersource for over 700,000 people in the Portland metropolitan area, as it appeared in the drought spring of 1992, on the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Federal Forest Reserve that originally made up the watershed. Various historical documents are visible (and readable) within this work.
